Upright Microscope XY Hot / Cold Stage 50mm x 50mm Atmospheric Control

This heating and cooling stage provides -190°C - 400°C and is ideal for upright optical microscopy and spectroscopy including FTIR, Raman, and X-ray, with a gas tight chamber for making measurements under a controlled atmosphere. The 50mm x 50mm sample area is ideal for 25mm x 75mm glass slides that can be externally positioned using the integrated XY micromanipulators. Top and bottom dual pane windows are removable and exchangeable to meet a range of spectroscopic needs. An optional inner thermal cover is available for work requiring ultra-high temperature stability and uniformity.
