Edge & Center Finders

Edge and center finders are hardened and ground on all surfaces. These precision machining tools are non-cutting, precision accessories used primarily in manufacturing, tool and die making, and CNC/manual milling. An edge finder is a precision machining tool used on milling machines to accurately locate the exact edge of a workpiece or part relative to the spindle's center. Center finders are precision layout and setup tools used to locate the exact geometric center of a workpiece. While edge finders locate flat outer boundaries, center finders are specifically designed to find the middle of round, square, hex, or irregular stock so a machinist or woodworker can drill or turn a part accurately.
