Description

The Inspectis F40s HD Pro Metrology gantry system features the F40s HD digital microscope with 40:1 motorized zoom on an industrial grade XY travel table top gantry stand, 21" HD monitor, computer, and full HD HDMI USB3.0 image and capture device. This system includes Inspectis OAI Software with functions for automatic alignment and rescaling of overlaid images, PNG overlay on live image, and time interval overlay assisted inspection. Lens: High resolution motorized 30:1 optical zoom with auto-focus and auto-brightness intensity control
Digital Zoom: 1.3x with 3D noise reduction
Camera and lens control: Auto-brightness, zoom, manual/ auto Focus, white balance. Optional Inspectis 2 Pedal Foot Switch and Inspectis Advanced Camera Remote Control can be purchased for hands free control of the camera. Hands free control requires both of these products.
Environmental Protection: Camera housing is hermetically sealed to prevent entry of dust or other contaminates. ESD protection built-in to camera housing.
Capture Device: USB image and video capture device for recording and storing images and videos.
Illumination: Inspectis White LED Ring Light with 8 high power LEDs with 5800 K color temperature and detachable diffuser. Illumination controls for soft, smooth light adjustment. The ring light is powered directly through the AUX output of the Inspectis digital microscope.
Stand: Industrial grade XY travel table top gantry stand available in two sizes with optional 4 direct tilt attachment:
- Standard: X-travel 100mm - 750mm / Y-travel 100mm - 550mm
- Long range Y- travel: X-travel 100mm - 750mm / Long range Y-travel 551mm - 800mm.

Computer / Monitor: Computer with 21" HD monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Software: Inspectis OAI Software includes all functions of Inspectis Basics Software plus:

- DXF new, import, edit and export as PNG file
