Description  

The Inspectis F40s HD direct to monitor all in one system features the F40s HD digital microscope with 30:1 motorized zoom in an industrial grade aluminum housing for a reliable and cost effective digital video inspection system. This plug and play system has an on-board camera and lens controls paired with a 21" HD monitor and USB image and video capture device making it ideal for optical inspection work.

  • Video Output: Full HD 1080p at 60fps. HDMI type A Female connector on rear panel.
  • Imager: 3.2 MP, 1920(H) x 1080(W) 16:9 format progressive scan
  • Lens: High resolution motorized 30:1 optical zoom with auto-focus and auto-brightness intensity control
  • Digital Zoom: 1.3x with 3D noise reduction
  • Working Distance: 226mm with standard lens
  • Onboard Control: Auto-brightness, zoom, manual/ auto Focus, white balance. Optional Inspectis 2 Pedal Foot Switch and Inspectis Advanced Camera Remote Control can be purchased for hands free control of the camera. Hands free control requires both of these products.
  • Environmental Protection: Camera housing is hermetically sealed to prevent entry of dust or other contaminates. ESD protection built-in to camera housing.
  • Capture Device: USB image and video capture device for recording and storing images and videos.
  • Illumination: Select from two illumination options: 
    • LED Ring Light: Variable intensity, 48 cool LED lights, 35,000 LUX. LEDs are rated to last 100,000 hours. 95-240 VAC, 50/60Hz, includes 110v - 240v power cord.
    • LED Dual Pipe: Each pipe light contains 5w LED light with a bulb life expectancy of 30,000 hours and adjustable intensity. Each pipe is ~18" long. 90v - 250v power supply.
  • Stand: Rigid industry standard all aluminum integrated stand.
  • Monitor: 21" HD monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution.     
  • Input / Output: HDMI video output, 5PMiniDin power input, 8P MiniDin for communication.
  • Manufactured in Sweden.
  • Unit measures 395mm x 240mm x 360mm, not including monitor. Weight is ~5.1kg (not including monitor).
