ZEISS Labscope Microscope Software
ZEISS Labscope is a simple and free microscopy imaging App that can be used on Windows PC, Android or Apple tablet, or mobile phone. This app can be used for a digital classroom, routine laboratory work, or personal work to capture images, record videos, measure samples, annotate images, and save images. Microscope List
Get an overview of all microscopes connected to your application. Whether in a student lab, a cell laboratory, or running quality control on a production floor, you can remotely view images from all connected microscopes at any time and from anywhere in the room. Project images from any microscope onto the wall or a TV screen to discuss what students are viewing with the entire class.
Live View and Acquisition Modes
View high quality live images and acquire and save both still images and video with the click of a button.
Annotations and Measurements
Choose from 15 types of annotations and easy adjustments of color and size. Make measurements of lines, angles, perimeters, and circles. Software can be calibrated with the microscope for accurate measuring. Images can be measured and annotated with measurement or scale bar. Reticle can be over-laid upon image in grid, crossline with divisions or crosshair.
Split View
Compare your images in detail with the split view. Zoom in and zoom out, and even save the image of split view for documentation.
Report
Different types of report templates are available to choose from to quickly create reports from your microscopy work.
File Management
Sort, search, and share your images, videos and reports. Barcode scanning is also available when you want to set a file name or search a file.

Labscope Module Multi Channel Fluorescence
This ZEISS Labscope Module Multi Channel Fluorescence provides an easy solution for acquisition of fluorescence and transmitted light images in independent channels. Acquisition of up to 4 fluorescence channels + 1 transmitted light channel. The module supports adding false-color, comparing channels, and reporting with displaying each channel.
Labscope Module Fast Panorama
The ZEISS Labscope Fast Panorama Module is for use with Labscope and the Axiocam 305 camera only. This module works only on a PC computer with Windows O/S installed. The fast panorama module provides an easy way to stitch together sample images into a panoramic image. Acquire images with the full 5mp resolution of the Axiocam 305 and quickly acquire panoramic images. Different magnifications and objective types can be used, as well as different contrasting methods such as brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast, etc.
Labscope Module AI Cell Confluency
The ZEISS Labscope Module AI Cell Conflulency is an artificial intelligence (AI) based solution that automatically determines the confluency level of adherent cell culture samples under the microscope. This module delivers repeatable, objective results and does not require manual parameter adjustments. Move your cell culture sample from one area to another, taking images as you go. The AI software automatically calculates and displays the percentage of cell coverage in your cell dish. This module works on a PC or laptop only and is optimized for use with phase contrast images and adherent cell culture samples.
Labscope Module AI Cell Counting
The ZEISS Labscope Module AI Cell Counting is an artificial intelligence (AI) based solution that automatically counts cells in images of adherent cell cultures. Acquire a phase contrast image of your cell culture, and the artificial intelligence algorithm will detect and count the cells in your image. The module delivers repeatable, objective results and does not require manual parameter adjustments. This module works on a PC or laptop only and is optimized for use with phase contrast images and adherent cell culture samples.
Labscope Teacher Software Module for Multiple Microscopes
The ZEISS Labscope Teacher Software Module allows for teacher control of all the connected microscopes in your network. You can define working groups, send group-specific tasks, and share digital information such as documents or presentations. This software connects the digital classroom.
