The Lumencor RETRA incorporates two individually controllable solid state light sources with associated bandpass filters, producing spectrally discrete outputs. The RETRA FURA light engine provides 340nm and 380nm outputs for fura-2 ratio calcium imaging.

  • Excitation Sources: 2 independently-controlled solid-state sources.
  • Bandpass Filters: Integrally installed 348/30 and 380/20 bandpass filters.
  • Light Delivery: 3mm liquid light guide, 2m length included.
  • Control Interfaces: Source selection, light output on/off and intensity via RS232, USB, or Ethernet port. Source selection and light output on/off via TTL.
  • Size/Weight: W x L x H = 145 x 190 x 203mm (5.7" x 7.5" x 8"), 9.5lbs.
  • Warranty: 24 Months
  • Includes: 3mm LLG, USB control cable, DC power supply and power cord.
