The WELDinspect FHD digital inverted microscope is an all in one optical inspection system that features a large field of view range and auto focus motorized zoom lens making it an ideal system for weld bead measurement, analysis, and documentation. Integrated imaging software includes tools for image processing, graphics overlays, calibrated measurement and reporting.
Magnification: 7 - 205x on screen magnification
Field of View: ~ 3 to 84mm
Auto Focus: High resolution motorized zoom with auto-focus. Improves workflow and ease-of-use as operator does not have to repeatedly refocus the sample during observation or measurement.
Illumination: Built-in large aperture white LED ring light with diffuser and crossed polarizer filter set.
Camera and Lens Controls: Zoom, Iris, Manual/Auto focus, Manual/Auto brightness, contrast, gain, clarity, white balance, NIR-mode.
Ergonomic Design: Prepared samples are placed directly on the aperture window, eliminating operator eye strain as no eyepieces are required to examine samples.
Environmental Protection: Camera housing is hermetically sealed to prevent entry of dust or other contaminates. ESD protection built-in to camera housing. Includes 5 hardened glass windows.
