Probe Station: 1um Resolution 20 Megapixels

This digital probe station provides 141x - 990x magnification if using a 22" monitor. Magnification varies based on monitor size. The system provides 1µm of resolution and a 20 megapixel digital camera with software for capturing images.

• Navitar Resolve 4K Lens: Magnification range of 0.64x - 4.5x with manual detents. Includes Plan APO ELWD 10x objective lens, with field of view 2.35mm - 0.34mm.
• Objective Lens: Plan Apo 10x objective, NA 0.25, WD 33.5, resolution 1µm.
• Camera Mount: Includes c-mount adapter to mount camera directly to the macro zoom lens.

• Stand: Boom stand with vertical post 380mm tall, horizontal arm 530mm long. Includes mounting post and focusing holder with fine and coarse focusing.

• Probe Station: 150mm Manual Probe Station 22" W x 24" D, 150 lbs. Stable fixed platen supports magnetic based positioners, and supports DC/CV and RF applications. Nickel plated chuck provides better conductance and is 6" wide, with 90º quick pivot feature. Sample is stabilized by vacuum. Optional Vac-Puc is available. Probe station accessories are available including manipulators, probe holders, and probe tips.
