The Nanopositioning Tip Tilt Stage NPS-TG-7A is designed to be used in applications requiring high speed, ultra-high precision positioning of mirrors in optical inspection, imaging systems, and laser pointing devices. A suitable mirror is fixed onto the Tip Tilt platform of the stage to provide greater than 7 milliradians of travel with sub micro-radian resolution. The system does not include the NanoScan NPC-D-6330 Controller.
Applications for the NPS-TG-7A Fast Tip Tilt Mirror Steering stage include laser scanning, laser beam stabilization, scanning microscopy, and image processing and stabilization.
The Nanopostion Stage NPS-TG-7A is made to order and the exact specifications of your stage will be provided when you receive it. Typical specifications are as follows:
