This digital high resolution probe station provides sub 1µm resolution and features a 20 megapixel camera with software for capturing images. Features a long working distance lens system with quad turret.

- Probe Station: 150mm Manual Probe Station 22" W x 24" D, 150 lbs. Stable fixed platen supports magnetic based positioners, and supports DC/CV and RF applications. Nickel plated chuck provides better conductance and is 6" wide, with 90º quick pivot feature. Sample is stabilized by vacuum. Optional Vac-Puc is available. Probe station accessories are available including manipulators, probe holders, and probe tips.
- Digital Camera: Includes 20 megapixel back-illuminated Exmor sensor USB3 high sensitivity, low noise camera. Capture images up to 5440 x 3648. System includes c-mount connection.
- Software: Includes software for image capture and documentation. Windows 7, 8, 10.
- Warranty: 3 year warranty on LWD tube lens, 1 year on probe station, camera and software.
