This digital probe station provides 12x - 97x magnification, 4µm of resolution and a 12 megapixel digital camera with software for capturing images.

  • Stereo Microscope Body: Common main objective stereo zoom body 0.8x - 6.5x zoom ration 1:6.3. Ergonomic trinocular head with adjustment from 0-35º with 50/50 photo port with sliding beam splitter. Head rotates 360º.
  • Eyepieces: Widefield 15x focusable high eyepoint eyepices, FN16mm.
  • Resolution: 4µm
  • Magnification: 12x - 97.5x
  • Stand: Boom stand with vertical post 380mm tall, horizontal arm 530mm long. Pin mount focus holder with coarse focus.
  • Illumination: Polarizing LED ring light with 120 LED lights, built-in polarizer and analyzer. 100~240V.
  • Working Distance: 78mm
  • Probe Station: 150mm Manual Probe Station 22" W x 24" D, 150 lbs. Stable fixed platen supports magnetic based positioners, and supports DC/CV and RF applications. Nickel plated chuck provides better conductance and is 6" wide, with 90º quick pivot feature. Sample is stabilized by vacuum. Optional Vac-Puc is available. Probe station accessories are available including manipulators, probe holders, and probe tips.
  • Digital Camera: Includes 12 megapixel back-illuminated Exmor sensor USB3 high sensitivity, low noise camera. Capture images up to 4000 x 3000.  System includes 0.5x c-mount adapter.
