Opto’s telecentric “Profile Projector” is the perfect tool for automated and routine measurements of mesh size in fabrics, filters, sieves, or any other objects comprised of woven strands of material.

Key features:

  • Telecentric brightfield illumination and a tuned telecentric objective in transmitted light mode.
  • Ideal for inline manufacturing control to minimize out-of-spec production.
  • Traceable mesh size distribution with corresponding standards, such as ASTM E 11 via a plug-in for the OptoViewer software.
  • The profile projector comes pre-calibrated from the factory with optional calibration standards for certification.
