This andrology and semen analysis microscope is used for viewing both the quality and quantity of semen. Andrologists use phase contrast when they do not want to stain a sample in order to view the shape of the sperm. Semen analysis microscopes include a heated stage plate and controller, which allows the semen to remain living, which is important in andrology analysis.

- Ergonomic binocular viewing head can be adjusted between 5°~45° viewing angle. Interpupillary distance is adjustable from 50~75mm.
- Trinocular head has eyetubes inclined 30° and beam splitter with positions 100:0 and 50:50. Interpupillary distance is adjustable 50~75mm. Left eyetube has an adjustable diopter ±5.
- Eyepieces:
- If the ergonomic binocular viewing head is selected, eyepieces are SWH10x-H widefield, high eyepoint, focusing with FN23, dual diopters (-2~+8), and an anti-rotation stop pin.
- If the trinocular viewing head is selected, eyepieces are FPL-WF 10x focusing widefield, high eyepoint, FN22. One eyepiece contains reticle retaining ring for 26mm diameter reticle.
- Total Magnification: 100x, 200x, 400x and 1000x.
- Specimen Stage: Double-layer mechanical stage, 215mm x 170mm with right-hand ergonomic controls. Specimen holder allows for either one or two slides. X-Y axis travel of 76mm x 55mm.
- Illumination: High intensity 10W LED transmitted Koehler light system gives a bright and uniform field for each magnification and has a color temperature of 4500K. Voltage 90~230V.
- Condenser: Phase turret condenser with slots for PH1, PH2, PH3, PH4 and BF. Includes centering telescope and green interference filter.
- Focusing: Coaxial focusing system has coarse and fine focusing with an adjustment tension device to prevent slipping. Focusing range is 28mm. Fine focus adjustment has precision of 1mm.
