The Jenoptik MF series of monochrome cameras for demanding imaging applications include ProgRes® CapturePro software. These cameras are made for several fields of application including: life science, material science, genetics, metallography, microbiology, mineralogy, fluorescence microscopy, chemistry, cell biology, phase contrast microscopy, pharmacy and forensics. The camera plugs directly into the IEEE port (or USB port for PRCF only) on your computer; included software allows you to view a live image on your screen, capture and save both still images or movies, and make measurements, among other features.
