Description  

The X-Cite 120Q Fluorescence illuminator provides more than 2000 hours of life. The 120W lamp is pre-aligned allowing a simple, one-step process for replacements. The iris allows you to set the intensity level of illumination with a built-in 5-step iris to optimize specimen illumination and help maximize photo-bleaching of fluorophores. The X-Cite 120Q illumination system is ideally suited for routine assays and use in multi-user facilities.

  • Iris: Adjustable iris to adjust light intensity and minimize photo bleaching. 100%, 50%, 25%, 12%, 0%.
  • Collimating Adapter: Includes collimating adapter for Nikon, Leica, Zeiss, Olympus, or Motic. When ordering please provide specific microscope for use and appropriate adapter will be provided.
  • Liquid Light Guide: Includes 3mm x 3000mm liquid light guide. No heat or vibration from the S-Cite is transferred to the microscope.
  • Lamp: 120W Mercury Vapor Short Arc Lamp is included. Lamp is pre-aligned.
  • Power Supply: 90~264 VAC, universal input, CE, Certified to IEC, Canadian and US Standards.
  • Size/Weight: L x W x H = 13.5" x 5.5" x 6.5" (34.2cm x 13.9cm x 16.5cm), 6.7lbs. (3.04 kg)
