The Richter Optica S850 digital stereo zoom microscope provides magnification of 8x-50x zoom and is on a stand designed for brightield and darkfield observation modes. This package includes a HD camera.
- Head: Trinocular body, 45º inclined. Viewing head rotates 360° and locks in place by tightening a set screw. Includes c-mount for attaching camera.
- Eyepieces: Includes widefield, high eyepoint plan 10x eyepieces, FN 22mm. Diopters are adjustable by ± 5 on each eyepiece. Interpupillary distance can be adjusted from 52mm to 75mm. Eyepieces accept 24mm diameter reticle. 15x and 20x eyepieces are available and can be ordered separately.
- Objective Lenses: Zoom range of 0.8x - 5x. Microscope has click stops for making accurate measurements.
- Zoom Ratio: 6.3:1
- Total Magnification: 8x - 50x. For alternate magnifications eyepieces can be changed and auxiliary lens added to stereo microscope. View magnification chart here for details. Extended magnification of 4x - 200x is available.
- Specimen stage: Stage has a glass stage plate measuring 7" in diameter.
- Stand: Stand has a mirror base for brightfield/darkfield observation modes. Mirror position can be adjusted. Stand includes a removable plastic hand rest that fits on the front. Post of the stand measures 11.75" high. Light opening is ~55mm in diameter.
- Camera: Includes 4K HD 2160p scientific grade camera that has all in one camera HDMI + USB3 + SD Card / USB Flash Drive.
- Working Distance: 115mm
- Focusing: Coarse focus adjustment, tension adjustable.
- Illumination: Stand has built-in LED illumination with external intensity rheostat control and on/off switch control box.
- Size: With hand rest attached: 12.75" W x 13" D, 15.4" H; without hand rest attached: 7.9" W x 13" D x 15.4" H. Note that the dimensions do not include the camera.
