The Fein Optic RB40-FL fluorescence microscopes are designed for a full range of fluorescence microscopy.
- RB40-TF Frame: Microscope frame for transmitted light with coaxial fine and coarse focusing with 2µm graduations and tension control. 100~240V built-in power supply.
- Objective Lenses: Reversed quintuple nosepiece with slot for analyzer holds the following included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:
- Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 4x Objective, NA 0.13, WD 18.5mm
- Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 10x Objective, NA 0.30, WD 10.6mm
- Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 40x Objective, NA 0.75, WD 0.6mm
- Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 100x Objective, NA 1.28, WD 0.21mm, Oil Immersion
- Viewing Head: Trinocular head, with 30° eyetubes. Interpupillary adjustment from 50-75mm. Beam splitter positions of 100/0 and 0/100.
- Eyepieces: PL-WF 10x Widefield, plan eyepieces, FN22. Left eyepiece has diopter. Accepts 26mm diameter reticle.
- Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x and 1000x.
- Specimen Stage: 175 x 145mm mechanical stage with 76mm x 50mm X-Y travel range. Precision 0.1mm. Low position right-hand coaxial controls.
- Illumination: High intensity 5W LED Koehler transmitted light system provides a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 100~240V.
- Fluorescence: Fluorescence illumination attachment with six position filter turret. Excelitas X-Cite Mini+ LED fluorescence illuminator.
- Fluorescence Filter Sets: Includes UV/DAPI, GFP/FITC, RFP/TRITC filter cubes.
- Light Focusing: NA 1.2 Koehler illuminator condenser with swing-out top lens for 2x-100x coverage.
- Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing. Coarse focusing is 30mm with tightness adjustment and rack stop. Fine adjustment of 0.002mm.
