Meiji MT6830 Asbestos Microscope for Fiber Counting and Identification

Meiji MT6830 asbestos fiber identification and fiber counting combo microscope is manufactured pursuant to NIOSH 9002, NIOSH 7400 and OSHA ID 160 Reference methods. The microscope includes the following:

• Objective Lenses: Strain Free Plan 10x, 20x, 40x objectives, 10x Dispersion Staining objective, and U. Plan Phase 40x objective.
• Eyepieces: Siedentopf trinocular head has interpupillary distance adjustment from 53mm - 75mm. Trinocular head has an 80/20 beamsplitter for photo work. Head includes the integrated reticle angle compensation system. When the interpupillary distance or number is changed, the crossline reticle remains perpendicular in the field of view. Includes one 10x widefield high eyepoint eyepiece , one widefield high eyepoint focusable eyepiece with crossline reticle and guide pin, and one 10x widefield high eyepoint compensating focusing eyepiece with Walton & Beckett reticle. All FN20.
• Total Magnification: 100x, 200x, 400x.
• Specimen Stage: Ceramic-coated 360 degree rotatable fully indexed graduated stage with vernier and stage clips.
• Focusing: Coaxial low-positioned coarse and fine focus controls, graduated to 2 microns per division, fitted with tension adjustment and safety auto stop.
• Condenser: Strain free Abbe condenser, NA 1.25 with centerable annuli for 10x, 20x, 40x phase or 10x, 20x, 40x dispersion staining objectives in sliding mount, with iris diaphragm and dovetail mount.
• Illumination: Powerful 30w transmitted light Koehler halogen illumination provides enhanced image quality and brightness for observation of specimens. Includes auto voltage sensing power supply (110v~240v).
• Included: Microscope includes first order red compensating plate (also called Gypsum or Sensitive Tint Plate), analyzer in sliding mount, Bertrand lens, Blue Clear and Green Interference Filters, centering telescope, stage micrometer, eyeshields, owner's manual and dust cover.
• Warranty: Meiji Techno warrants the microscope body against defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the instrument from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser. Illuminator warranty is 1 year.
