- Illumination: Koehler illuminator, field iris, 6v, 30w halogen.
- Light Focusing: Abbe condenser, NA 0.9 with swing-out top lens, iris diaphragm and filter tray.
- Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment with graduations of 2mm. Ergonomic design provides optimal comfort for user when focusing.
