The Motic PX43 Bio is an inverted microscope ideal for routine live-cell imaging. The microscope is optimized for brightfield and phase contrast. The PX43 Bio microscope includes the following:
- Microscope Body: Trinocular inverted microscope with color corrected infinity optical system. Eyetubes are inclined 45°. Trinocular port distributes light 20/80 to camera, or 100% to eyepieces. Viewing head swivels 360°.
- Objective Lenses: Objectives are in a side-facing, quintuple revolving nosepiece. Microscope is set up for brightfield and phase contrast and includes the following objectives:
- Plan Achromat PL 4x/ 0.1, WD = 12.6 mm
- Plan UC LWD 10x/0.25 Ph1, WD = 10.2 mm
- Plan UC LWD 20x/0.4 Ph1, WD = 8.2 mm
- Eyepieces: WF 10x /FN 23 with diopter adjustment.
- Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 200x
- Specimen Stage: Fixed stage measures 200mm x 239mm. The hard coated surface is resistant to scratching, scuffing, and corrosion. A mechanical stage may be purchased separately.
- Condenser: Extra Long Working distance (ELWD) condenser with NA 0.30 and WD = 72mm is included.
- Phase slider: Includes Ph1 slider.
- Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus controls, graduated to 2 microns per division.
- Illumination: 10W LED illuminator has intensity control.
- Includes: Green interference filter, neutral density filter, phase centering telescope, vinyl dust cover, power cord, and universal power supply 100-240V.
- Warranty: 5 year warranty on mechanical components and 1 year warranty on electrical components.
