The Motic Panthera C2 fluorescence microscope is available with your choice of 3 fluorescence LED modules with different wave lengths: 455nm, 470nm, or 525nm. The C2 fluorescence microscope is available with a binocular or trinocular viewing head.
- Objective Lenses: Color Corrected Infinity Optical System. Plan UC Achromat objectives 4x, 10x, 40xs, 100xs oil objective lenses. Objectives are Pb free and mounted on reversed quintuple nosepiece.
- Head: Select when ordering from a binocular or trinocular head. The binocular head is 25º inclined and 360º rotatable. The trinocular head is 25º inclined and 360º rotatable and has a 50/ 50 beam splitter.
- Eyepieces: Interpupillary distance is adjustable from 48-75mm. Dual diopters of ±5. UC-WF10x/22 eyepieces. Accepts a 25mm diameter eyepiece reticle.
- Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x, 1000x.
- Specimen Stage: Compact and rackless mechanical stage with double slide holder measures 185mm x 145mm with X-Y travel range of 75x50mm. Upper limit stop is present and adjustable.
- Stand: Effective ergonomics and maximum expandability are built into this stand. The wide arm provides strength and rigidity. Additionally, the inverted "Y" support in the back of the microscope provides extra lateral stability. Built in USB 2.0 connectivity for external camera power or battery pack.
- Focusing: Fine and coarse coaxial focusing with tension adjustment. Minimum fine focus precision 2µm. Z-Axis movement of 25mm.
- Condenser: Focusable and centerable NA 0.90 / 1.25 Abbe Condenser with slider slot.
- Filter Holder: Located on top of the illuminator with a fixing cap.
- Illumination: 3W LED module and 6V/30W Halogen, full Koehler. Halogen / LED color temperature interchangeability. 110~240V (CE). 3W LED modules are available in 3500ºK low color and 5500ºK high color temperatures. Package includes 5500ºK LED module.
- FLED Fluorescence System: Choose from a fluorescence LED module with 3 different wavelengths: Aurima O filter cube with 455nm, FITC filter cube with 470nm, or TRITC filter cube with 525nm. The FLED module includes a condenser slider to block light.
- Motic LightTracer: Digital illumination control. Digital intensity knob with coded LED nosepiece controls the illuminator to offer information on the current light intensity of each objective. Once calibrated, the user does not need to adjust the illumination intensity when changing magnification.
