Description

This Mitutoyo MF-U series measuring microscopes offer measuring accuracy that is the highest in its class conforming to JIS B 7153. This microscope has reflected light and transmitted light and a manual quadruple nosepiece for M Plan Apo Brightfield objective lenses. Darkfield objectives are available for purchase.

Objective Lens: Brightfield M Plan Apo objectives
- M Plan Apo 5x, NA 0.14; WD 34mm; resolution 2µm
- M Plan Apo 10x, NA 0.28; WD 34mm; resolution 1µm
- M Plan Apo 20x, NA 0.42; WD 34mm, resolution 0.7µm
Optical Tube: Binocular head with eyetubes adjustable from 0-30º. Erect image.
Eyepieces: Widefield 10x eyepieces, FN 24mm.
Illumination: Includes high intensity LED reflected and transmitted illumination.
Total Magnification: 50x-200x
Specimen Stage: Select stage size from above. Five stage sizes available. Three axis measurement, X/Y/Z.
