Mitutoyo 5µm Carbide Flat Point Stylus for Mu Checker Cartridge Head Probes

This flat point stylus fits the Mu checker cartridge head probes 519-331 and 519-348 and is made of carbide. This type of stylus is convenient for measuring a spherical surface. The stylus has the following dimensions and is available in 4 diameters. Select the desired diameter when ordering. (Refer to the second image above for a diagram of the stylus.)

• Flatness: 5µm
• Length (L) = 10mm
• Diameter (Ød)/ (ØD), choose from the following:
  • Ød = 15mm/ ØD = 17mm
