The FZ8 stereo microscope with 8:1 zoom ratio provides excellent image contrast and color accuracy. The Greenough Optical System provides superior images, the SCHOTT ColdVision MC-LS with dual gooseneck pipes provides precise LED illumination.

  • Viewing Head: Choose from a 45º inclined ergonomic Greenough binocular or trinocular stereo microscope body. Viewing head rotates 360°. On the trinocular head, light is split 50:50 between eyetubes and trinocular port.
  • Detent: The microscope head can easily be set up to use click stops, or the stops may be disabled for continuous magnification. If enabled, click stops are at 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, and 5x.
  • Eyepieces: Includes high eyepoint widefield 10x eyepieces, FN 24mm with ±5 diopter adjustment on each eye.
  • Objective Lenses: Zoom range of 3.25x - 26x with included 0.5x auxilary lens.
  • Zoom Ratio: 8:1
  • Total Magnification: 3.25x - 26x with included 0.5x auxillary lens.
  • Stand: Boom stand with square base. Horizontal post is 20.9" long, vertical post is 15" tall. Vertical post has a locking ring. Base dimensions are 11.2" x 32". Weight is 48lbs.
