Fein Optic provides high quality optics with a 6.7:1 zoom ratio. Combined with 20x eyepieces to provide the magnification needed for in-vitro fertilization and embryo inspection. This embryo microscope is designed with a track stand featuring a tilting adjustable mirror base for brightfield/darkfield and can be ordered in binocular or digital with a 5.1mp USB camera and software.
- Viewing Head: 45° inclined viewing head rotates 360°. Interpupillary adjustment from 54mm - 76mm. Your choice of binocular or digital. The digital microscope includes a trinocular head and 1x c-mount adapter. When beam splitter is engaged light is split between left eyetube and trinocular port, while right eyetube goes dark.
- Eyepieces: Includes high eyepoint widefield 20x eyepieces, FN 12mm with ±5 diopter adjustment on each eye. Included 20x eyepieces, FN 12.
- Objectives: Zoom stereo 0.67x - 4.5x provides a zoom ratio of 6.7:1 with detent click stops at each magnification.
- Total Magnification: Zoom range of 13.4x - 90x when using included 20x eyepieces.

- Stand: 32mm track stand with mirror base for brightfield/darkfield. The built in mirror has two sides, one plane and the other concave. Mirror is tilting adjustable. High intensity LED light is pumped in through base to provide a bright sample.
- Focusing: Precision guide rack and pinion focusing with tension adjustable focus knobs.
- Illumination: High Intensity transmitted 35W LED illumination with intensity rheostat control and on/off switch. 110-240V switchable power supply.
- Camera Option: If this option is ordered a 5.1mp USB camera is included along with software. View live images, capture images and video and make measurements with the software. Capture 20fps @ 2592x1944 and 40fps @ 1296x972.
- Software Calibration: If you plan to make measurements using the software you will need to calibrate the microscope. Calibrating your software with the microscope requires use of a stage micrometer. When ordering please select this option if you do not already have a stage micrometer. The stage micrometer included is a dual ruler with 1" equally spaced and numbered 0-10 as well as 25mm equally spaced and numbered 0-25. If NIST certification is selected 10 points will be certified. Please note that NIST certification takes approximately 2 weeks.
