Focus Drive for Nikon SMZ-U Microscope

This Prior Scientific focus drive is not encoded and is made for use with the Nikon SMZ-U microscope. The motorized focus control provides step sizes as small as 0.002µm, providing excellent resolution for precise and repeatable Z-axis focusing. For larger movements where speed is required, the focus motor can be driven up to 20 revolutions per second. The drive has a rotating cable system designed to prevent the cable from twisting around the drive.
