The Fein Optic RB41-fluorescence microscope has an integrated 3-channel fluorescence illumination system.
- Objective Lenses: Reversed quintuple nosepiece with slot for analyzer holds the following included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:

- Viewing Head: Trinocular head has 30° inclined eyetubes and interpupillary adjustment from 50~75mm. Beam splitter has positions of 100/0 and 50/50. Left eyetube has diopter with adjustment of ±5. C-mount is available for purchase separately.
- Eyepieces: Includes PL-WF 10x widefield, plan eyepieces, FN22. One eyepieces accepts 26mm diameter reticle.

- Specimen Stage: 215 x 170mm mechanical stage has 76mm x 55mm X-Y travel range. Fine adjustment precision is 0.001mm. Has low position right-hand coaxial controls.
- Illumination: High intensity 10W LED Koehler transmitted light system with color temperature of 4500K provides a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 90~230V.
- Fluorescence: 5W LED fluorescence illuminator has a 3 channel filter slider with excitation wavelengths at 365nm/ 480nm/ 560nm. Excitation colors are UV (340~390nm), blue (460~490nm), and green (540~570nm).
- Light Focusing: NA 0.9/ 1.25 Koehler illuminator condenser has swing-out top lens for 2x-100x coverage.
