Fein Optic M50 Metallurgical Reflected Brightfield/Darkfield Microscope

The Fein Optic reflected light metallurgical M50 microscope with brightfield and darkfield includes the following: 

• Objective Lenses: Objectives are mounted in reversed sextuple nosepiece with DIC slot. DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Plan Semi-Apochromat Brightfield Darkfield Metallurgical objectives include:
  • BD Plan Semi APO 5x, WD = 13.5mm, NA 0.15
  • BD Plan Semi APO 10x, WD = 10.9mm, NA 0.30
  • BD Plan Semi APO 20x, WD = 3.2mm, NA 0.45
  • BD Plan Semi APO 50x, WD = 1.3mm, NA 0.80
• Viewing Head: 30° inclined trinocular viewing head with interpupillary adjustment of 50mm - 76mm. Erect image. Beam splitter provides light of 100:0, 0:100. 
• Eyepieces: High eyepoint widefield plan 10x eyepieces F.N. 25 are standard. Eyepiece diopters of ±5. Eyepiece accepts 27mm diameter reticle.
• Total Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200x and 500x.
• Specimen Stage: Four inch double layer mechanical stage with glass plate. Moving range of 105mm (X) x 102mm (Y). Stage has anti-corrosive and anti-friction surface.
• Polarization: Includes polarizer and analyzer.
• Illumination: Brightfield/Darkfield reflected light 100w halogen lamp, pre-centered. Iris field and aperture diaphragm (center adjustable) with slots for filters and polarization. 100v~240v transformer with digital control for light dimmer and intensity setting.
• Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing. Coarse adjustment distance of 33mm, precision fine adjustment of 0.001mm with rack stop.
