Fein Optic FZ8T-SLK Trinocular Stereo Zoom Microscope

The FZ8 trinocular high resolution stereo zoom microscope provides 6.5x - 52x zoom magnification on a plain post stand with an LED ring light and includes the following:

• Microscope Viewing Head: Trinocular 45º inclined viewing head rotates 360º. When the beam splitter is engaged, light is split between left eyetube and trinocular port, while right eyetube goes dark. A version of this microscope with a digital camera is available here.
• Eyepieces: Includes high eyepoint widefield focusable 10x eyepieces, FN 24 with ±5 diopter adjustment on each eye.
• Objective Lenses: Zoom range of 0.65x - 5.2x.
• Zoom Ratio: 8:1. The microscope head can easily be set up to use click stops, or the stops may be disabled for continuous magnification. If enabled, click stops are at 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, and 5x.
• Total Magnification: 6.5x - 52x. Magnification can be increased or decreased with auxiliary lenses. See magnification chart at bottom of page for details.
• Working Distance: 100mm without auxiliary lens. See the magnification chart below for working distances with various auxiliary lenses.
• Field of View: 36.9mm at 6.5x and 4.6mm at 52x.
• Stand: Low-profile post stand with plain white base, 320mm W x 260mm D (12.6" W x 10.2" D). Top of post on stand is ~350mm (13.8") high, and the maximum distance between the microscope head and the base is ~260mm (10.2").
• Focusing: Coarse focusing holder.
• Illumination: Choose from LED light or polarized LED ring light. (Select when ordering.) The lights have the following specifications:
  • 4-Quadrant LED ring light has 72 LED lights. ESD free protection. UL and CSA certified. Four quadrants and rheostat control help reduce glare. Includes ring light adapter.
  • Polarized ring light has 120 LED lights, which offer cool, bright illumination. Light intensity rheostat control 0-100%. Rotatable analyzer 360º, polarizer drops into slot and is removable. Light color = white. LED life = 20,000 hours. Working distance 40-120mm. 100~240V, 0.5A, 50/60Hz, UL and CE certified
• Microscope Size: 320mm W x 280mm D x 480mm H (12.6" W x 11" D x  18.9" H)
• Warranty: 5 years on microscope excluding electrical parts. 1 year warranty LED ring light.
