The ACE Probe Tip is a general purpose Tungsten probe tip with bendable tip and shank. For use with ACE series manipulators and probe holders. 5 tips per box. If you are ordering more than 10 boxes, please contact Microscope World for quantity quote.

  • Tip diameter before sharpening: 0.005" prior to sharpening
  • Probe tip type: Passive
  • Point taper length: 0.060"
  • Point radius: 0.5µm standard
  • Included angel: 19º
  • Overall length: 1.4". Tip length can be trimmed as needed.
  • Shank diameter: 0.020"
