This digital probe station provides 14x - 99x magnification if using a 22" monitor. Magnification varies based on monitor size. The system provides 3.5µm of resolution and a 12 megapixel digital camera with software for capturing images.

Probe station accessories are available including manipulators, probe holders, and probe tips.
