The ACE manipulators are ideal for probing 10-micron targets or larger. Manipulators attach via magnetic base with right hand and left hand options available. For use with ACE series probe holders and probe tips.

• 32 TPI XYZ drive
• Facilities requirements:
  • Base length: 2 5/8" (6.6cm)
  • Height: 3" (7.6cm)
• Rectilinear motion
