The Fein Optic reflected light metallurgical M20 microscope includes the following:
- Objective Lenses: Objectives are mounted in reversed quintuple nosepiece. DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Plan Achromat Metallurgical objectives include:
- L Plan Achromat 5x, NA 0.12, WD = 23.6mm
- LM Plan Achromat 10x, NA 0.25, WD = 5.03mm
- LM Plan Achromat 20x, NA 0.40, WD = 2.71mm
- LM Plan Achromat 50x, NA 0.70, WD = 0.72mm
- Viewing Head: 30° inclined siedentopf trinocular viewing head with interpupillary adjustment of 52mm - 75mm. Diopter adjustable. Head rotates 360º. Light is split 20/80.
- Eyepieces: Widefield plan 10x eyepieces F.N. 20 are standard. Includes additional WF10x/20 eyepiece with cross-line reticle installed. Cross-line reticle has graduations of 0.100mm (18mm / 180 divisions).
- Nosepiece: Revolving quintuple nosepiece
- Total Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200x and 500x.
- Specimen Stage: Double layer mechanical 156mm x 138mm stage with coaxial adjustment movement range of 80mm (X) x 60mm (Y).
- Illumination: 12v, 50w halogen reflected illumination. 100~240V, CE certified.
- Focusing: Reflected frame has coaxial focus system with tension adjustment and rack stop.
- Filters: Analyzer and 360º rotatable polarizer. Blue, green and yellow filters.
- C-Mount Adapter: Includes 0.5x c-mount adapter.
