Motic FlexScan60 Fluorescent Slide Scanner

The MoticFlexScan 60 is a fluorescent slide scanner designed to digitally image up to 60 slides for analysis.

• Objective Lenses: Plan Fluor 20x objective/ NA = 0.5, Plan S-Apochromat objective 10x/ NA = 0.3
• Scanning time: 3 color fluorescent scanning < 20 minutes at 20x
• Resolution: At 40x: 0.26 µm/ pixel, at 20x: 0.52 µm/ pixel
• Focusing mechanism: Focus point map
• Capture resolution: 5.0 MP
• Filter cube: The following multi-band filter cube is included in the unit:
  • Blue wavelengths excited between 385-405nm (emission between 425-455)
  • Green wavelengths excited between 410-495nm (emission between 505-540)
  • Orange wavelengths excited between 550-575nm (emission between 585-625)
• Nosepiece: Revolving nosepiece has 3 holes for objectives.
• Slide capacity/ size: Holds up to 60 slides, with each slide measuring 76 ± 1 mm x 26 ± 1 mm. System includes 10 Smart Trays that hold six slides each.
• Available scanning modes:
  • Brightfield
  • 3 color immunofluorescence imaging mode using DAPI, FITC, and TRITC
• Illumination: 10W LED with lifetime of ~25,000 hours, LUMOS 3 for fluorescence
• Barcode support: Supports the following 1D barcode types: Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 39
• Software: Includes FlexScan software package and dongle. The software has tools for image adjustment, annotations, measurements, encryption, comparison, and export.
• Computer: Includes HP EliteOne 870 G9 27" All-in-one Touchscreen PC.
