Inspectis F30s Pro Metrology Gantry System
The Inspectis F30s HD Pro Metrology gantry system features the F30s HD digital microscope with 30:1 motorized zoom on an industrial grade XY travel table top gantry stand, 21" HD monitor, computer, and full HD HDMI USB3.0 image and capture device. This system includes Inspectis Pro Software with functions for advanced measurement, overlay 2D scale on live image, and overlay semi-transparent image on to a live image. - Video Output: FHD 1080p at 60fps switchable to Full HD 1080p at 50fps by remote control panel. HDMI type A female connector on rear panel.
- Imager: 3.2 MP, 1920(H) x 1080(W) 16:9 format progressive scan
- Working distance: 230mm
- Lens: High resolution motorized 30:1 zoom with auto-focus, iris control and pre-calibrated optics.
- Camera and lens control: Iris, Zoom, Auto Focus on/off, white balance. Optional Inspectis 2 Pedal Foot Switch and Inspectis Advanced Camera Remote Control can be purchased for hands free control of the camera. Hands free control requires both of these products.
- Environmental Protection: Camera housing is hermetically sealed to prevent entry of dust or other contaminates. ESD protection built-in to camera housing.
- Capture Device: USB image and video capture device for recording and storing images and videos.
- Illumination:
Inspectis White LED Ring Light with 8 high power LEDs with 5800 K color temperature and detachable diffuser. Illumination controls for soft, smooth light adjustment. The ring light is powered directly through the AUX output of the Inspectis digital microscope.
- Stand: Industrial grade XY travel table top gantry stand available in two sizes with optional 4 direct tilt attachment:
- Standard: X-travel 100mm - 750mm / Y-travel 100mm - 550mm
- Long range Y- travel: X-travel 100mm - 750mm / Long range Y-travel 551mm - 800mm.
- Optional 4 direction tilt unit for +/- 30º slope angels. Designed for side viewing of samples.
