Digital High Resolution Metallurgical Microscope System: sub um, 20mp

The DHRM metallurgical microscope system offers longer working distance and provides sub 1µm resolution. It features a built in rotating polarizer and an insertable DIC slider for polarized and DIC observation methods.

• Lens System: Long working distance lens with built in 1x C-mount adapter. 
• Objective Lenses with quad turret:

• Magnification: If using a 22" monitor,170x, 350x, 700x, 1,750x. Magnification will vary depending on monitor size.
  
• Stage: Double layer mechanical stage 220 x 260 mm with an inset glass stage measuring 170 x 150mm. Coaxial adjustment movement range of 150 (X)  x 75mm (Y).
• Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus with rack and pinion. Coarse adjustment distance of 60mm, precision fine adjustment of 0.002mm with rack stop.
  
• Illumination: Reflected and transmitted high intensity LED light with intensity controls.
• Polarizer: Built in 100º rotatable polarizer for orthogonal observation.
• DIC: Included DIC slider inserts into the empty DIC slot on the body of the microscope.
  
• Digital Camera: Includes 20 megapixel back-illuminated Exmor sensor USB3 high sensitivity, low noise camera. Capture images up to 5440 x 3648.  System includes c-mount connection.
  
• Software: Includes software for image capture, documentation, measurement, and extended depth of focus. Windows 7, 8, 10.
• Software Calibration: If you plan to make measurements using the software you will need to calibrate the microscope and you will want to order the system with detent. Calibrating your software with the microscope requires use of a stage micrometer. When ordering please select this option if you do not already have a stage micrometer. The stage micrometer included is a dual ruler with 1" equally spaced and numbered 0-10 as well as 25mm equally spaced and numbered 0-25. If NIST certification is selected 10 points on each scale will be certified. Please note that NIST certification takes approximately 2 weeks.
