Bacteria Viability Microscope

The Fein Optic RB30-BLM bacteria viability microscopes are used in conjunction with a bacteria viability kit. Each stain can be read together using the longpass filter in the bacteria liability microscope. This microscope has the option to add simple phase contrast as well as a high definition camera with HD monitor.

• Objective Lenses: Reversed quintuple nosepiece with slot for analyzer holds the following included DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) Objectives:
  
  • Plan Achromat 4x Objective, NA 0.10, WD 11.9mm
  • Plan Achromat 10x Objective, NA 0.25, WD 12.1mm
  • Plan Achromat 40x Objective, NA 0.65, WD 0.36mm
  • Plan Semi Apochromat Fluor 100x Objective, NA 1.28, WD 0.21mm, Oil Immersion
• Phase Contrast Option: If phase contrast is selected the microscope system will include a phase slider, a plan phase PH40x objective lens, and phase centering telescope.
  
• Viewing Head: Trinocular gemel head, with 30° eyetubes. Interpupillary adjustment from 50-75mm.
• Eyepieces: PL-WF 10x Widefield, plan eyepieces, FN20. Dual diopter +/-5mm. Accepts 26mm diameter reticle.
• Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x and 1000x.
• Specimen Stage: 150x140mm mechanical stage with 76mm x 50mm movement range. Precision 0.1mm.
• Illumination: High intensity 3W LED transmitted Koehler light system provides a bright and uniform field for each magnification. Voltage 100~240V.
• Fluorescence: Epi-fluorescence attachment with LED illuminator and longpass filter set. EGFP/GFP/FITC/Alexa Fluor @488, Cy2@/DIO./Fluo-4.
  
• Light Focusing: NA 1.25 Koehler illuminator condenser with slot for darkfield slider (darkfield slider sold separate).
• Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing. Coarse focusing is 30mm with tightness adjustment and rack stop. Fine adjustment of 0.002mm.
