ProLine UV/Non-Visible LED Ring Light

The ProLine Ultravoilet (UV) Ring Lights with ESD protection features an aluminium alloy that is treated with nickel and other coatings to provide superior ESD protection. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is defined as that portion of the electromagnetic spectrum between x-rays and visible light. Certain microscopy techniques require targeted ultraviolet light. The ProLine LED ring lights can be outfitted with power UV LED's to accomplish a variety of specialized tasks. Keep in mind that UV light carries more energy than visible light, so in general, laser safety regulations of "Class 1" and "Class 2" safety regulations should be followed. Protect your eyes when using UV light! Wear Safety Glasses.
