Meiji industrial microscopes include four different microscope systems:

  • The SMD Industrial Electronics Inspection Microscopes are most commonly used to view items such as printed circuit boards. Designed specifically for inspecting solder connections of surface mounted or through-hole components on printed circuit boards, the inspection microscope can be used for a wide variety of inspection applications.
  • The RZ Series Stereo Microscopes have a zoom ratio of 10:1 with built-in variable dual-iris diaphragms and 12 positive click stops through the zoom range. Engineered around a common main objective and parallel optical paths, these microscopes offer crisp, distortion-free, high-resolution images at magnifications ranging from 3.75x to 300x.
  • The MC Series Precision Measuring Microscope Systems include high quality metallurgical microscope components, precision X-Y stages and durable heavy duty stands. Meiji measuring microscopes are available with 2-axis and 3-axis electronic digital readouts in inches and metric. Operators can perform visual inspection and measurement of small items or components without complicated system setup. The Mitutoyo Digimatic Micrometer heads have serial output for SPC applications.
  • The Meiji UNIMAC Macro Lens Macroscopes are fully modular universal zoom macroscope systems with a wide variety of features for industrial, medical, educational, and research applications as well as custom or OEM applications. Additionally, the Short UNIMAC Series is a high performance direct-to-camera zoom lens system. These macrozoom lenses couple directly to a CCD video camera and allow a shorter profile facilitating use in situations where space is restricted. These versatile modular lens systems are ideally suited for a variety of free standing or OEM applications.
