Axiovert 5 Quick Cell Culture Imaging System

This Axiovert 5 inverted microscope has been built to provide quick cell culture imaging. The cell stack easily fits under the extended height condenser and accommodates multi-layer cell culture chambers up to 16" high. Easily adjust the microscope from standard chamber imaging to a stacked cell chamber imaging system.

Objective Lenses: Infinity corrected LD A Plan Achromat 5x Ph, 10x Ph, 20x Ph, 40x Ph objectives.

Viewing Head: Binocular head inclined 45º , upright and unreversed image. Viewing height adjustable from 350-390mm. Left side photo port with 50/50 beam splitter.
Eyepieces: Widefield 10x / 23 focusing eyepieces, accept 26mm diameter reticle. Interpupillary distance adjustable from 48-75mm. Includes eyecups.
Total Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200x, 400x.
Specimen Stage: Specimen stage 232mm x 230mm with hardcoat anodized surface . Larger stages of 430mm x 432mm or 530mm x 532mm are also available. Please contact us if you would like a customized quote for a larger stage.
Focusing: Coarse and fine focusing with easy adjustment from standard chamber imaging to stacked cell chamber with rack and pinion focusing column.
Condenser: Extended height LD Condenser NA0.3, WD = 72mm,rotatable with click stops at 0º, 90º, 180º, 270º, for objectives 2.5x - 40x. Condenser has aperture stop. Includes phase slider with fixed phase stop, Ph1/0.3, green filter and ND6 filter. The extended height condenser accommodates multi-layer cell culture chambers up to 16" (40cm) high.
Illumination: Includes 10W transmitted LED light with very high color rendering index (CRI) for excellent color reproduction. Constant color temperature facilitates imaging with low heat radiation. The light manager provides uniform brightness in the eyepieces upon magnification change. Includes ECO mode.
Stand Features: Stand with 6-position encoded nosepiece, B DIC M27 with 10 x 29mm slider mount. Integrated 10W LED white light and 2-position filter slider, manual and coarse focus drive with 13mm focus lift with adjustable focus stop. Snap button is included for Axiocam. 100~240V AC. Includes dust protection set.
Camera: Includes 0.5x c-mount adapter and Axiocam 208 color digital camera with 1/2" Sony Exmor Sensor, 8.3mp resolution, USB3, HDMI, ethernet, and Zen Lite Starter Software.
