SteREO Discovery V8 Microscope on Ball Bearing Boom Stand

The SteREO Discovery V8 is a common main objective stereo microscope with parfocalled optics over the entire magnification range from 1x-8x. This microscope is on a heavy duty ball bearing boom stand.

• Viewing Head: Trinocular head with 20º inclined eyetubes. Interpupillary distance adjustment from 51mm - 75mm. Beam splitter takes 100% of light from the right eyetube to the photo port.
• Detent: Manual focus drive with adjustable click stops.
• Eyepieces: Includes widefield 10x / 23mm focusing eyepieces. Eyepieces accept 26mm diameter reticle.
• Objective Lens: Zoom range of 1x - 8x. 1x plan achromat objective (WD = 81mm).
• Zoom Ratio: 8:1
• Total Magnification: 10x - 80x.
• Stand: Ball bearing boom stand with heavy base. Ball bearing arm has 12.5" horizontal motion. The vertical pole is 25", and the vertical pole diameter is 1.5". The base of the stand measures 13"x 13" x 1.5" (330mm x 330mm x 38mm) and has carrying handles. The base includes an anodized aluminum safety clamp with a quick-release handle. Microscope head mounts on tilting 32 mm mounting column.
