Stereo Zoom Darkfield Protein Crystallography Microscope

Evaluation of crystallization experiments for distinguishing between amorphous and crystalline specimens requires a high quality stereo microscope. Zoom magnification is used along with cross polarization and at least 10x magnification, although higher magnifications are ideal for easy detection of small microcrystals.
