This National Optical dual power stereo microscope on a large platform stand is perfect for industry or education. Precise optical alignment assures a three-dimensional, upright, unreversed image that is unsurpassed for everything from dissecting work to examining circuit boards.

• Objective Lenses: Paired objectives are parfocalled, parcentered, and achromatic. Magnification is changed by rotating objective turret 90° to positive click stops. Viewing head rotates 360°, locks in place by tightening set screw.
  • Model 409 - 1x & 2x objectives.
  • Model 410 - 1x & 3x objectives.
  • Model 411 - 2x & 4x objectives.
• Eyepieces: Choose from wide field 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x eyepieces. Includes diopter on left side. Interpupillary adjustment from 55mm to 75mm. Accepts optional (#965-400-05) or (#965-400-10) eyepiece reticle.
• Total Magnification: See the table below for different magnification options.
• Stand: Heavy-duty all-metal post mount with locking support collar, permits up or down adjustment of viewing head to accommodate different sized objects. Includes 82mm reversible black/white plastic contrast stage plate.
• Focusing: Rack and pinion focusing with slip clutch and tension adjustment. Tension adjustment eliminates focus “drift”.
• Illumination: No built-in illumination is included with this model. We recommend either a dual arm illumination system or a halogen ring light.
