The MW3-H5 is an affordable student microscope. Constructed with highly engineered mechanics and rugged construction to withstand student use, this corded LED microscope provides optimum image brightness and high quality images thanks to the precision optics.
- Objective Lenses: Color coded objectives are Achromatic 4x, 10x, and 40x (retractable). Microscope objectives are mounted on a revolving objective turret.
45° inclined head for easy viewing.
Head rotates 360°.
- Eyepiece: Widefield 10x eyepiece with pointer that is revolving, FN18.
- Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x.
- Specimen Stage: includes locked-on spring activated stage clips. If optional mechanical stage is selected when ordering microscope includes larger 135mm x 135mm stage with low-position coaxial x-y controls.
- Focusing: Coarse and fine focusing knobs with rack and pinion focusing.
Rack stop protects objectives and specimen slides. Slip clutch prevents damage to focus mechanism. Built-in 0.65 NA condenser lens, calibrated 5-hole disc diaphragm. Optional NA 1.25 Abbe condenser (select below when ordering).
