The MW2-TH3 dual-head teaching microscope is a great microscope for teachers and students or for attaching a camera to the second eyepiece.
- Objective Lenses: DIN 4x, 10x and 40x (retractable) objectives are achromatic, parcentered, parfocalled, color-coded.
Vertical and 30° inclined tubes mounted on 360° rotating head for ease of use.
Vertical viewing tube has diopter adjustment, positioned low for easier camera mounting.
- Eyepieces: Widefield 10x eyepiece with revolving pointer, supplied in both diagonal and vertical viewing tubes. Accepts optional eyepiece reticle.
- Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x.
- Specimen Stage: Large 110mm x 120mm stage (4 3/8" x 4 3/4"),
with
locked-on, spring mounted stage clips, drilled and tapped to accept optional mechanical stage.
- Focusing: Low position coarse and fine focusing controls.
Slip clutch prevents damage to focusing system and
tension adjustment eliminates stage drift.
Safety rack stop prevents damage to slides and objective lenses.
- Illumination: two options are available.
